ANDi (Automotive Network Diagnoser) is a testing and analysis tool
which is used for Automotive software and ECUs in every development
phase.
The tool is designed to simulate electronic networks, to test
components and to analyse test results.
The major strength of the ANDi tool is in-depth network analysis (of
the Automotive bus communication) and testing activities in Automotive
networks. ANDi can be used on Windows and Linux PCs.
ANDi tool is optimized to continuously meet all current requirements of
automotive testing as an effective, user-friendly framework.
ANDi test environment supports testers and developers with the
validation of their ECU functions through generated residual bus
simulations and intelligent message generators.
This is done by using different suites from ANDi. Using suites like
traffic generator (generates traffic using Network Interface Card of a
PC), a powerful traffic analyzer
(capable of capturing and decoding automotive traffic), and a
sophisticated scripting tool (through powerful and customizable RBS,
test automation, and database integration),
ANDi helps testing teams to validate their ECU functions throughout the
test process (planning, development, realization, and reporting). ANDi
is particularly flexible and user-friendly
thanks to its scope of functions, its expandability, and its graphical
user interface. It also comes with some extended features like
integration with other tools using google remote procedure
calls gRPC, import python libraries for customization, burst generator,
signal graphics, etc.
